Computer is the most wonderful contribution of modern
science. It is an ultra-modern electronic device of modern technology. But it
has no ability to do anything by itself. It works on the basis of commands
given by the operator. It can solve many complicated problems within a short
time.
Computer is invented by the hard work of many scientists.
Charles Bavez is called the father of modern computer. He invented the
structure of computer at first in 1833. His invented computer had five parts.
There were Store, Mill, Control, Input and Output. Bt following the structure
of computer of Bavez, Harverd University and I.B.M Company combindly invented
the modern electric computer in 1944. After this it has been rapidly modified
and many other computers have been invented.
A computer performs three functions. It receives data,
processes it and at last emits it. At first the details of word is put into the
input of the computer. It is called programme. The computer is to be put in its
own language.
Computer is a very useful thing to us. It is used in our
daily life for various purposes. It has made a great change in education. The
students of developed countries use computer to prepare their study materials.
The result of examinations now is prepared accurately by computer within a
short time besides; printing books has been much easier for computer.
Computer is used to diagnose diseases. Anew process of
operation is invented by computer as and alternative to surgery. Beside this,
computer is used to grind stones in normal pathological rest. Now –a-days, computer is used to preterm document and budget
and to store information. The price of currency of price of any share can be
known by computer.
At present, Computer is used is used to run mills, factories
and industries in developed counters, Cars, trains also run by the computer.
Computer is being used in space research.
Inspire of having uncounted merits of computer, it has also
some demerits. It weakens the eye-sight of the operator. The computer is a blessing
of modern science. We can’t go a single moment without it. It lessens out works
and makes our lives easy and simple. We should make best use of it all over
country.
