Physical exercise means the exertion of limbs according to
rules. Our body is so to say, a machine. A machine needs regular use to avoid
disturb. So we need regular exercise to keep our health sound. Our mind is
closely related to our body. We should remember the wise Saying- “ A Sound mind
in a sound body.”
There are different forms of physical exercise. Running,
walking, swimming, ridding are good forms of exercises. Gymnastics, wrestling
and outdoor games like football, cricket, hockey are known as physical
exercise. All forms of exercise are not, however, suitable for everybody. Those
who are strong in body can take all forms of exercise. But the old and the weak
should not take hard kinds of exercise.
Many young men and students do not take regular physical
exercise. They hold out that they are strong and healthy. So they need not take
exercise. But they are wrong. They should take regular physical exercise to
keep in good health. Moreover, it is necessary to develop the brain.
Life becomes a burden to them who refuse to take physical
exercise. So to enjoy better life we should take some kinds of physical
exercise regularly.
